François Egger"s conferences
François Egger was born in Geneva in 1975 and went on to study for a degree in literature and history.
Immediately after graduating, François began his career in journalism, writing Geneva-based news items for Radio Lac and Radio Suisse Romande. After spending a year as a freelance journalist inAuckland, New Zealand, covering the Swiss Alinghi team’s win at the America’s Cup, he joined Swiss public broadcasting organisation RTS in 2004.
First covering the Vaud and Geneva regions, writing for the lunchtime, evening and regional news broadcasts, Françoisjoined Swiss news and magazine show Couleurs Locales in 2009, and helped launch RTS’ new prime time 7 o’clock regional news programme.
As a talented journalist and moderator, François has spent over a decade working with companies and organisations as varied as AXA Wintherthur, Induni, Banque Crédit Agricole Financement, Banque Mirabaud, Collège Champittet and Grand Chelem Management. His experience enables him to offer companies a professional insight into the way in which major events are organised, managed and moderated.
